It was another rough day today. I've been out of sorts most of the day, sad to say. But despite that, I am going to Toronto tomorrow and taking the much-needed holiday. Who knows when I will get another chance?

Going to rest up a fair bit and will likely take my laptop, so talk later.

I was supposed to have treatment tomorrow, but we've had to cancel - no driver available - again.

Peeking in on everyone and saying hello. BrettJ I hope this finds your health and living situation improved. You continue to be in my thoughts. How's the weather for everyone ? Unseasonably warm here. Few rainy days. I've been out raking leaves and tending to neglected gardens. I'm enjoying my new home . Current owners had neglected a few minor things. I'm putting my personal touches on the place. I had out of town guests for the weekend. It was a fantastic weekend all around. Great company coupled with some good food. It was fun entertaining in my new home.

Heavy rain and winds over the weekend, resulting in a few road washouts that will need to be fixed before the next storm. The warm weather is about to end up here. Forecast is for overnite freezing temps for 8 days starting tomorrow nite . . . likely to knock back those early green shoots coming up.

Been very quiet at the Bistro of late . . . BrettJ, adding my thoughts to those of T4T.

Health - not great right now, mental attitude worse. Such is the reason for my not being here for a few days.

Will be undergoing more radiation on Thursday. Thanks to all for thinking of me.

Well, I now have 4 tattoos (they help in the procedures to keep things aligned) I have a few weeks before sh*t starts up again. Cold here, not much new to talk about yet.

Hello to the guys and a hug for Ling. BrettJ physically how are you holding up ? It's chilly here. Cold to me but then I chill easier than I used to. Work has been hideous. Too many changes. And not positive ones. Positive note my wee one is 4th grade but studying at the 8th grade level in reading, math and science.

Happy Feb-1 everybody

OK I went out on a sort of date this evening. Nothing stressful. Low-key. We just met for pizza. I'm not sure I felt romantic sparks but he was sweet as could be. And very cute too ! We spoke of our careers. Home improvements. Basic stuff. He has already called once after bringing me home who knows . I'm feeling happy. The silly sort of happy. I met a boy
