I say the Beatles, because as single artists, they showed wut they would have done if they had worked it out...

Well, I guess I'll STILL go with the Beatles!

Although I think the Beatles will be the winners here, I cast my vote with the Stones, mainly because they had more of an impact on me as a kid.

The Beatles were 'nice'--my mom liked the Beatles, fer chrissakes! Most people didn't like the Stones where I grew up. So they were just the ticket for me....

Boy, I could piss my parents off by cranking up the Victrola with "19th Nervous Breakdown" or "Satisfation" or "Get Off My Cloud"....
