Are the same few people ruining your Lit experience?

Yeah, something like that just happened, quite annoying, won't post details here. It's not literally ruining my experience but the question can be taken at least two ways: 1) are there people here who tick me off personally? And 2) Even if I shut myself off psychologically so those people don't get to me, do their actions decrease the general quality of Lit?
The above was a case of #2, I would say, something worthwhile was happening and a specific person again decided to pee in the punch bowl. That made Lit a slightly worse place regardless of how I persnally internally react.
