Hi! My partner is into Adult Breast Feeding/Nursing and I was hoping to learn more about it, both from a woman's perspective - What it is like?, how you induced?, Breast pump usage? etc and from a Man's - Why you enjoy it, what you get out of it.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Speaking as a man, I find it enjoyable the times I have done it for a number of reasons. The first is an obvious one: I love breasts. I mean, they're great, right? But sucking on breasts is a really close, intimate experience. Whether a woman is lactating or not, the opportunity to lay in her lap and suck for a long time is exquisite.

I also think there's something primal about that scenario. The skin on skin contact, the association with breast feeding as a caring activity. There's something calming about it, too.

Never had this type of relationship but was always eager try. Finding the partner is a tough task

Just speaking from my own perspective, when the milk is flowing, a man can form a deep emotional bond with a woman that is different that the bond formed during sex.

So, this perspective is going to be a lot different than other males. I've always loved seeing a woman breastfeeding. I think I equate it with the ultimate mother's love and nurturing for her child, a loving sacrifice, if you will. Now translate that to a woman allowing or being willing to suckle her partner. The same bonding that happens when a child is nursing can also happen when a woman nurses an adult, along with the calming and loving feelings you get when suckling. For me, it's less about the sexual and more about the loving connection I get from suckling. Sometimes it is hard to explain, especially to such a broad audience who might not be able to to see the line between nurturing love and sex. For example, I can suckle and be completely happy to nurse all night without thinking or wanting sex. Then again, I can also use the suckling as foreplay, especially if that is what my partner wants. For me, I don't use nursing to get sex, but from reading a lot of ABF forums and being in ABF groups that have come up over the years, people have grouped adult nursing and sex together and there is where all the sexual references come in, adult breastfeeding fetish. It's not a fetish, at least in the pure sense. But again...that's just me!
Back before people started computing and accessing the Interwebs (circa late 1980's), you never heard of of adult breastfeeding. I know, as a older teen and young adult, I was in the library and bookstores combing for information on all things breastfeeding. Why, because I'd always had this love of breastfeeding and the need to suckle. I remember one girlfriend telling me that she'd never had any man give her breasts so much attention. To me, that was a compliment.
Sorry, I got off track, to answer some of your questions, there is now a lot of information online that help you with inducing lactation. I had a online friend take domperidone (motilium). It's a drug used to treat nausea and vomiting and help with stomach issues but the side effect is lactation. She had three children, the last 16 years prior and once she started taking it, she saw results in a couple days. Now that included hand expressing and/or pumping with a hospital grade pump. Also, back then (late 80' early 90's), you could get meds from other countries without a prescription. In this political climate and with all the changes in the world, I would just talk to my doctor and ask him to prescribe the domperidone. If you have a partner who suckles you regularly, you can produce milk that way. There are case studies of virgins suckling babies regularly:

VIRGINS
The occurrence of copious lacteal secretion in the virgin was noticed and discussed by the illustrious father of medicine. His observations have since been periodically added to by records of new cases, in all ages down to our own.

The American physiologist Dunglison emphasized the fact that very active and copious lactation may be present without previous impregnation , “ for it has been witnessed in the unquestionable virgin , in the super annuated female, and even in the male sex .”

Knott 34 cites three cases of nurse girls who were entrusted with the care of infants for the night. In order to quiet the babies, they allowed them to play with their breasts and suckle their nipples. Increased sense of fulness and warmth was followed in a few days by copious secretion of milk. It promptly yielded to simple treatment of belladonna externally and internally. Another case of a girl of 8 who suckled her infant brother for a month was recorded by the French obstetrician Baudelocque.

Noel 36 mentions the case of a young married woman who had never had sexual intercourse. She was called on to care for an infant 6 months old. To quiet it, she took it to her breasts, and secretion soon followed.

I share that to give you, or anyone, encouragement and also to show that inducing lactation is not weird or new. In fact, there is also documentation of grandmothers and mother's-in-law suckling their grandchildren and producing milk because of it. I won't bore you with that documentation here, but feel free to hit me up if you have other questions.
