My roommate and I just bought an elliptical machine last month and as much as I go to the gym I never thought it was a great piece of workout equipment. How wrong I was….yesterday after only 10 minutes my thighs were screaming “No More”. I could have used one of the Lit members to massage my thighs for an hour or more. Where are you people when I need you!!!!!
