Keep in mind, depending on your country, that guide may be wildly inaccurate. As far as I can tell, the person who wrote that guide was likely from Australia or New Zealand. The way band numbers are measured is definitely different in the states. Not to mention their judgemental commentary on the sizes. The comments are full of corrections for American sizing

Also, do not trust salespeople who try too hard to sell you on the sliding scale sister sizes! It may be true that 32D, 34C and 36B have the same size cups, but the band may fit incorrectly if you get the wrong one, and you could end up with either back rolls if it’s too tight, or no back support and all the weight transferred to your shoulders if it’s too loose. If it’s an absolute emergency and you need something to wear out of the store right then and there, ask if they sell the band extenders (couple inches long) with the right number of hooks and go for the smaller band with the larger cup size; for example, if you’re 34C and it’s out of stock, get 32D plus the extender, not 36B.
