🎵 Monthly Song Challenge 🎵

Lol. You’re missing a little context here. You were scolded because the prompt was for a duet and you posted a song with a choir asking if that counted, if I remember correctly.

I’m glad you got to relive some choir memories, now, at the appropriate time🥰😂

Edit- I might be thinking of the wrong person or instance
That was one issue last month, but not the one I was referring to.
Thank you for popping on at the end of the opinions and defending the song choice even though the choice involved a sack of shit.
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
10 ⭐ for being a wonderful thoughtful host. :)

I’ve been gone, so not double checking to see if someone has picked these

Day 7: A song for how you’d like to spend your Sunday

Day 8: A song that mentions the sun or moon

The sun looked like it had a black hole on it yesterday

Day 9: A song with a choir

Gotta go with Ode to Joy because I’m so joyful

Catching up today 😅

Day 6: A song you don’t understand

Dolly Parton - Jolene

Day 7: A song for how you’d like to spend your Sunday

Tame Impala - Solitude Is Bliss

Day 8: A song that mentions the sun or moon

The Last Dinner Party - Nothing Matters

Day 9: A song with a choir

Hozier - Eat Your Young (Bekon's Choral Version)
This version is so haunting and matches the lyrics perfectly. I still adore the original but adding the choir and slowing it down is genius.

Day 9: A song with a choir
The Anvil Chorus from "Il Trovatore." This is one of the songs that convinced my kids that maybe opera isn't so boring after all.

If I was in need of convincing, this would do it for me. Although it would have more to do with the muscle men 🤭
Day 9 a song with a choir

Fine, this ain’t a bad 3rd option. I got soul, but I’m not a soldier.

I love this song! I'd forgotten that Brandon didn't have a mustache for the entirety of this video. It was brief, but there was the cute guy with the eyeliner that high school me was crazy about 😍

Day 9: A song with a choir

I was actually a member of this choir as a kid. We sang at a lot of cool events.

This is an ad for Qantas and was the most expensive advertisement ever made to date. It's probably been superceded now with the Superbowl being a huge advertising event, but back then it was an incredibly significant amount of money to drop.
