🎵 Monthly Song Challenge 🎵

I'm going to be annoying and try to catch up. My apologies if I dupe anyone.

Day 1 - A song about religion

"I'm Afraid I'll Go to Heaven" - Moon Walker

The ones you think are taking handouts
Hold all your burdens on their back
And all those families that you're breaking up
Those kids in cages may as well be yours

I'm afraid I'll go to heaven
That's why I'm hoping that I'm right
My biggest fear ain't no red Devil
It's being near you people all the time
I'll be fine as long as you go somewhere else

Day 6: A song outside your comfort zone (aka a song from a genre you don't normally like/listen to)

Ok, this one was hard because I like music from every genre but.... Ok, I wouldn't at all consider myself a Disney adult but this song brings me back to being a kid and I love that no matter how old I get, I still remember every word.

I have yet to see any songs from today that anyone should feel guilty about. These are bangers start to finish.

Day 9: A song that makes you want to be outside

I am always outside. And when I have to work my day job, I even try to get outside as much as possible. It’s like a drug for me. I need it.

I was looking for more of a campfire song for this time of year… but yeah. Fuckin Hendrix!! Amazing. And Mitch Mitchell - crazy drums. And btw, Noel Redding - total bass overdrive!

The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Fire
