Good morning all. Feeling a bit better today. Might actually do something physical today if the weather doesn't beat me.

It's 07.45 here and it's already 26°c/78.8°F. Apparently we're due to hit 40°c/104°F. Which isn't so bad if the country in question is used to, or geared up for these temperatures. But we dont see this for anymore than a few days at a time, therefore we don't routinely fit AC. My dog has already gone into hiding.

When I lived in Texas my Aircon carked it.. It was a miserable existence. Stay safe and hydrated x
