Favorite All Time Fiction Book

I get it. Mine’s Huck Finn. Go Down, Moses, Moby Dick, Gatsby, Blood Meridian, Monkeywrench Gang are tied. I’d be way more well-read if I didn’t read the same books over and over
Interesting… I didn’t know this was a thing for people, thanks for opening my perspective.

I’ve only re-read two books in my life: Forever (NYC immortality story) and A Salty Piece of Land (Mindless, juvenile fun for parrot heads)

My favorite book of all time is Girlfriend In A Coma by Douglas Coupland.

Favorite story with erotica would probably be Glamarama by Bret Easton Ellis

Desolation Angels by Kerouac is the only book I've finished and then immediately commenced re-reading. I LOVE to re-read books, though, including A Prayer for Owen Meany, Cannery Row, even Stephen King books.

Can't pick a single book, but any of Robin Hobb's Farseer Trilogy would be my favourites.

Neal Stephenson is on top of my list. 'Cryptonomicon' my favourite Book.

Ben Aaronovitchs ' Rivers of London series is on second place.
Number 3 is 'Thursday Next series by Jasper Fforde

i like the classics. Oliver Twist, Pickwick Papers, Sea Wolf, but lately have been reading biographies.

I don't read smut. At least, nothing at my house. But i've seen a film version of Fingersmith and it was excellent. I imagine the book is better.

Yeah... I was enjoying Sandman too... why can't famous people just not be assholes? It's not that hard.
That one hurt. I have read most of his works plus Stardust was one of my favorite movies.

Edited to add: Favorite fiction, if I absolutely have to choose, is LOTR because of how foundational it is. It laid the groundwork for RPG like D&D and transformed the future of fantasy.

Wolves in sheep's clothing always hurt so much more... except this guy, this guy's cool.
