I just discovered this thread and I'm delighted! I would love some extra support and motivation to keep me on track!
Basically, I'm at the beginning of my fitness journey...again
For the last four weeks I've been getting to the gym three times a week and throwing in one or two swims on rest days. After that, it's just making sure I get my 10k steps per day.
I'm focusing on good form and high reps instead of heavy lifting and trying to make a conscious effort to enjoy the journey instead of worrying about the destination.
I'm also tackling my diet (which is 95% of the battle) by eating properly during the week and not going too far overboard on the weekends.
