It might come down to having to decide which calls to risk neglecting… there used to be a pay phone outside, but it started being used as a toilet, so they pulled it down

you'd be surprised Sir, a lot of women have helped me because I looked like a frightened puppy... or a wet kitten... but men do go the extra mile, one even gave me his umbrella

The nearest shop is about 20 mins walk away (longer with my post covid breathlessness). Not sure I would want to stand in a shop talking about my health conditions and treatment from my employer though! Whhhhyyyy did the doctor hang up when I answered??
