a yoga class, a hot bath, a walk by the river.. If I'm at work and only have a few minutes, I either put in my headphones and listen to music or I pull out a set of therapy balls and do a little myofascial release

Not much, my carbon footprint is minimal and I compost for myself and 2 of my neighbors.

Hmmm that depends on who they are and how fancy I feel if it's family or a friend I'll know what they like already if it's a new guest I'll do a selection spread chicken,beef and fish roast vegetables and all sorts of side dishes.
