I agree with most of what MarkJ said.
-- Asking the public to fund abortions for up to 2 accidental pregnancies seems fair and humane.
-- But not when citizens are asked to fund irresponsible women who use abortion as a method of birth control.
In saying that, it gets complicated.
-- What if the latter category can't afford to pay and try to abort the baby by themselves - all sorts of things that could lead to a brain damaged baby?
Or turn into baby making factories: give birth then dump the child in orphanage or foster care, like (s)he's some sort of diseased tooth.

This keeps coming up + + + + on the GB but it's hard to find a resolution. And all sorts of new angles emerge.
