The agreement concerns "certain propriety biological materials" - not "baby body parts, which I repeat do not exist as such at the stages we're talking about - and it stipulates that they may only be used for stem cell research.

The point is if they make a profit they’ll continue to farm embryos. That suggests abortion services for hire. I believe there are federal statutes that prohibit such behavior.

The agreement in question specifically prohibits use for commercial purposes. Nice try.
