My body is...ouch.
My neck is sore, my back is sore, my arms are sore -- even my bum hurts! And no, it's not from anal. This time.
I've been spending a lot of time out and about on my pushy and swimming lately and I've woken up this morning stiff and achey. Sore muscles. As you can imagine it makes getting out of bed really fricken hard.
I ride and swim most days, but if I get too sore I won't be able to, and I need to be able to because I'm helping to fundraise.
So I have a question. What can I do to minimise the aches and pains?
I'd like to hear from women in particular, but guys please if you have any tips jump in.
I warm up and down, and I drink lots of water and eat healthy. What else can I do?
