Hey there,
I'm an actress for a basically non budget film series and just had my first sex scene with another actor I don't even like, but things got pretty... Intense I guess? I was feeling all kinds of weird feelings, but I have a boyfriend, so I don't know where the line is drawn between doing my job and getting carried away. To make matters worse, I will have more of these scenes to do. Any advice or input?

Define, "intense".

You have to walk the walk to be in that trade. The only person that will set the hard boundaries is you. Everybody else is going to push.

Sharon Stone was told the leg crossing/uncrossing pussy glimpse scene would be cut. It ended up in the film. I love that scene. Something tells me she might not.

She could tell you she did not. She slapped the director.

But then admitted she would have kept it.

So ambition vs. personal boundaries.

SS will do, or say, anything that gives her publicity.

;)

It you're a politician or an actor (or both) it's what you do...

I believe I just said that?

Didn't I just say that?

Actually there is bad publicity for politicians. Not necessarily for actors or actresses. You know, unless you stop getting parts because your non-hetero status is disclosed.

Okay, it's a stupid saying, it is not true.

A quick goog on the topic.

According to Sharon Stone, director Paul Verhoeven asked her to remove her underwear for the leg-crossing scene, as he said they were too bright and reflected at the camera. Stone agreed to do so under the assumption that her genitals weren't visible. It was only at an early preview that Stone discovered Verhoeven chose to use this specific shot. Stone was mainly cross with Verhoeven for not discussing the matter with her beforehand, but decided to let the scene go without changes, as she felt this conformed with her movie character. However, Verhoeven's version of the conflict is that he told Stone beforehand about the leg-crossing shot, as it was important for showing Catherine Tramell's free-spirited nature and her constant drive to toy with people. Stone was reportedly excited about the idea and shot the scene. However, during the early preview, her agents supposedly disproved of the scene, fearing it would harm her future career. According to Verhoeven, Stone radically changed her mind about the shot and demanded that he remove it, which he ultimately refused.

Actually, Rapture-Pallooza was great and Anna Kendrick's career is fine.

Supernatural just got renewed for a 12th season.

So it depends on...WHAT...God is Not Dead project.

Good Lord...

I am so backwoods that I have no idea of what you are talking about.

I hate TV.

I was raised on books...

I was raised on books also. Never got any TV time with three older siblings. Much older, 7, 8 and 10 years older. So it was me, books and a record player.

But I'm a grownup now and I'm allowed to hold the remote.

Me too...

I just find it hard to watch things that cannot meet the expectations of my imagination.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it ... but if you don't fix what's not broke, we never go to the moon.

You do understand that the whole race to the moon thing was about being the first to be able to demonstrate the ability to launch a nuclear warhead, Right?
