My GF wants either a hood piercing or hood removal...anybody know about this?

I'm not talking about FGM, or anything like mutilation. A lot of surgeons actually do this routinely for women whose clitoral hoods are too long and interfere with sex. We know it's radical, but she's contemplating a little nip expose the clit from under her long hood...

Reading the comments here, not sure what everyone is imagining, ya the procedure isn't common but it's not crazy out there. It's kinda like anal bleaching, either you heard of it or you haven't, you think it's crazy or a brilliant idea. Working in the beauty industry, I've heard of it all and seen most of it.
It's like a nose job, some don't have a problem going under the knife and others feel it's too extreme for a vanity procedure.

Personally though, I think it looks pretty as an end result but it's not worth going under the knife to achieve it. A piercing would look sexy and doesn't need a whole invasive surgery to achieve.
