The CD Sex Challenge

:D
Do I get to read it?

Go, go, go. :nana: <--- cheerleading nana.

I know! It was partly a poke at CD, but mostly I wanted to challenge people. And, it's fun. :cathappy:

The cheerleading nana seems to be working because I am about one third done with the first draft. That's better than it might sound like, because I also edit as I go along, so the final edit goes pretty fast. :D

What do we do when we finish? Do we copy and paste on this thread, besides posting as a regular story? Do we post as soon we are done, or do we wait until next month?

I understood that these would languish in a drawer someplace until May 10th and all the stories would be submitted to Lit for posting at the same time.

I realize that this is not a regular contest, but I can't help thinking that two months is a long time to put things on hold.

ETA: I just checked on the first post. The target date is April 10, which seems a lot better.

Yes, it's April 10th. A month is to give the procrastinators enough time. :D And as I said, I just want all the stories to hit Lit at the same time.

Okay, the first draft is finished Hell, I wish I was the duck in the story. :D It's short, only about 1,800 words, but I will probably increase its size when I edit it.

Ummm - loved what you said about a woman and a rabbit, Box...

But the picture put me over the edge. I had a rabbit as my first car.... I'll never look at it the same way again.

Of course - that rabbit was silver, the one I have now is purple.

The woman I wrote about who owned a rabbit was named Rachel. :D She did things with it that you could never do with a VW or your little purple bunny.

*Smiles innocently*

Oh? Are there other purple rabbits out there?

And - this challenge sounds fun. Think I'll give it a try. Everyone taking this challenge is also a possible character in our stories, right?

Yes, but you should ask the person first. If yu want to use me, it's okay.

I think I have seen Easter bunnies that were purple. One time, when I s really drunk, I saw a purple Easter bunny.

Ooooh - I get to use you....sweeeeet!

hehe

And - feel free to do the same. Though - since yours is almost finished - and I have yet to begin - I think my chances of being used are pretty slim.

Anywho - wow - who knew there were so many purple rabbits out there? Then again - they do say, "multiply like rabbits," don't they?

*pictures horny little purple rabbits* :D :D :D

My story, At the Quack of Dawn, or "Duck Me Harder, You Bastard!" is well on its way to being done. It's about a woman named, um, Dawn. :D

I'm pretty much ready to post mine, but I have to wait until next week so it will be posted on April 10.
