A booth in the middle of nowhere

It's part nerves I think. This is my first chain experience, and I don't want to mess it up.

I'm trying a different approach. I'm writing all of the major scenes in the story, not necessarily in linear fashion. Then I'm connecting them. It's working much better for me. I'm working on the scene when my Heroine finds out that she's just become the most feared person on the planet. Not cool for a seventeen year old. :)

That's cool. My children's book I pretty much wrote in linear fashion, though I don't remember much about it now. My adult novel I've been brainstorming scenes to write and just writing them and dropping them into Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter and figuring a pattern will emerge eventually. *sigh* I had intended to seriously write that novel in November then start my fantasy novel for the Shomi contest in January. I'm pretty far behind.

I don't have a job and my time and money are running out. I need this time to pay off or I'm going to have to find a real job again and I really don't want to go back to what I was doing at this point. The admin. soured me on it.
