Rub some oil over your balls.

Slip the ring over your shaft.
Pull a lot of skin through the ring, push one ball through.
Repeat.
Pull a lot of skin through.
"Pop" the second ball through the ring.

Remove the same way.
Pull some skin "back" and "pop" the first ball out.
2nd ball will be much easier.
Slip off the shaft.
