My new neighbor has a Great Dane. I love dogs but we haven't been formally introduced, so when he's looking over the 6-foot block wall at me in the back yard I don't approach.

Exactly! People arc up and sling insults at each other just because of some words pasted onto an image. How do we know any of it is true or in context? I can guarantee she never said those words because it's a meme, made to get a reaction. She may not be the mother of the child or even a mother at all. She may have never met the child in the photo, who might be photoshopped into the frame in any case.
