Seems to me there's a lot of hypocrisy and double-standards operating here.
When we enter a relationship with a new lover, we assume that we both have sexual histories, some greater and more varied than others. Some may have posted nude photos on the internet. Some may have used their cellphones to film a sex-act, as a bonding trust thing... and just maybe that clip got shared with one or two friends? It's just a matter of degrees. If that new partner happens to be a Porn Star it simply means that they do it on film. We either accept that part of their lives, or - if we are unable to deal with it, we get out of the relationship. Moral relativism has nothing to do with it.

If it's true, than the inverse must also be true. And when I think if a pornstar would be happy to be in a relationship with me, I am really skeptical that they would be. I'm actually quite boring and unimaginative. And poor with little-to-no desire to make a name for myself.
