not counting shopping and baking done over last weekend...

30 min to eat

at least an hour worth of clean up ahead of me

So I got the turkey all ready, seasoned, spitted and onto the rotisserie outside and came in to clean up. Hot Mama asks if I used a particular set of kitchen scissors to open the turkey package. I answer in the affirmative so she responds "Then they're contaminated."

Anyone else would have said "They're dirty," but not her. I tell you living with a microbiologist is never dull.
