Moves underway to disbar ...

Insane? Or just senile?

Rudy Giuliani Allies Create 'Freedom Fund' to Defend Him From Lawsuits, 'Deep State' Attacks

The former New York City mayor recently had his law license suspended.

It was a political hit by the SDNY. A suspension without a hearing and with allowing the target to present evidence in his defense is rare and un-American, but typical of left wing subversives in the government.

.
Ruddy is like a broken down punch drunk boxer who's been barred from the ring and is now reduced to taking handouts from people who remember when he used to be "somebody".

SAD!!!

The only thing typical is your reaction.

Do you read what people write before responding with dumbass comments? Are you saying trump didnt try to over turn the election results? Maybe you should watch something other than fox news, it's making you sound like an imbecile.

Go easy on the guy. Hard times and all. Being reduced to buying used sex toys has to be a bit soul crushing.

I doubt it was "without a hearing." State bar associations don't work that way, and a federal court would have no authority to suspend a state law license, and the federal courts don't work that way either, they're all about the hearings. Judges could and often do make decisions in chambers based on written pleadings alone, but it just doesn't have the same thrill as lawyers appearing before you live, begging you to see things their way. If there were no hearing in this matter, it would only be because Giuliani didn't bother to show up for it before the Bar committee or the Court, more likely the former.

Alan Dershowitz to Newsmax: Giuliani Denied Due Process, Suspension Won't Stand

https://www.newsmax.com/newsmax-tv/...law-license-suspension/2021/06/26/id/1026530/

The suspension of Rudy Giuliani's law license likely will not hold up because it was done without due process, according to Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax on Saturday, adding there would be "no lawyers left" if attorneys were disbarred as little.....

"I taught legal ethics for 35 years at Harvard," Dershowitz added. "I've never seen a case like this."

Meanwhile, Giuliani did not have a hearing or an opportunity to prove whether or not he had told the truth, or if he knew that he was lying, Dershowitz told host Carl Higbie......

Lookin' grim for Ghoulie .....

D.C. Bar panel tentatively finds Giuliani likely committed ethics violation with false election claims

The nonbinding determination, which is not final, came after Giuliani defended his work on a lawsuit that sought to toss the 2020 election results in Pennsylvania.

Lawyers, not random assholes on the internet, will decide who can stay in the lawyers' club. But there will be less club to join, for the same reason that universities are finding woke excuses to fire tenured professors. The formerly wealthy nation is not wealthy anymore. It can't afford to keep a huge population of middle and upper class desk jockeys.

So, you're butt hurt that Trump's lawyers are being given the boot for corruption in the law, right?

And the Libs are supposed to just ignore it when the other side does shit, yeah? What? Well let me see, January 6th investigation, the Dems gave the Repubs every concession they asked for. The Repubs laughed at them and voted against it anyway, 'cause gotta' get our digs and show our power 'cause we is the minority party.

Voting bill, the Repubs voted against, not the bill per se, but against any debate about it! They could have debated it, presented their arguments against it, then voted it down when it came to the floor. Instead they were afraid of even mentioning their reasons for opposing it, so they played the power game and shut it down before they had to tell everyone why they opposed it.

This has been going on with the Republican party since the Clinton administration, but it didn't get as rabid until the Obama administration.

If they finally get around to doing away with the Filibuster as it is, it won't be the Dems being nasty politicians. It will be because the Republicans refuse to honor their word and refuse to govern in a civil intelligent manner.

Yeah, it might come back to bite the Dems in the ass, but it couldn't be any worse than letting the Republicans do so anyway just because of the threat of what might be. Since the Republicans refuse to govern, refuse to cooperate even when it is something they want for no other reason than to be obstructionist, I say slap their asses down and get shit done and worry about the threats later.

Comshaw
They asked for Jim Jorden or a real republican, not a rino. Guess what they got. Brainwashed is no way to go through life.

The State Bar required Lin Wood to undergo a "mental evaluation" prior to court hearings and he refused and sued in FEDERAL court, citing a non-existent "right to privacy" which was laughed out of court. The State Bar then gave additional sanctions for frivolous attempts to move a state matter into Federal courts.

This Wood guy goes to HisArpy-esque measures to avoid responsibility for his actions.

Teh walls continue to close in. Anything Donald Trump touches dies.
