I am looking to pick the brains of those wonderful people here in this section of the forum. I want to think ahead (for once) to the Lit author special event for Halloween and what I could do to write for it. Not sure if any of you all have read my work (link in sig) but I write/interested in writing in these categories:

Exhibitionist idea that could go the reluctance route/or taboo:

1. Bunny suit. The costume includes a pogo stick, a blocked shoe that detects steps and activates electric shocks. There is also a hollow butt plug with a tail and a metal ball inside. From jumping, the ball hits the walls of the cork, providing stimulation. The chest is bare, or there is a fishing net in the top (I imagine it is white). One aspect of Halloween is that you can explore aspects of yourself in costume you might not get to in your normal life.

With her mom it just invited maternal spirits or forest folk who left after a short time and just praised her daughter…with a bunch of horny 18 years olds on the other hand.

2. Woman promises her partner that she’ll dress up in a sexy costume for their party and even lets them pick it. The costume arrives and it could barely be called a costume. I have done two stories with Halloween costumes featured.

“Rekindled” has a B list actress dress up as video game character Joanna Dark and stalk an A list actress from her past who’s dressed as a vampire version of herself. The A lister is newly engaged at the time, so this may be a good reflection on why her relationship with that husband didn’t last long. Specific couples include a serial dater actress and her current boyfriend dressed as Batgirl and Commissioner Gordon (she has a May-December relationship kink or maybe he chose the wrong costume and the relationship thus won’t last), George Takei and his then-boyfriend as Sulu and Wesley Crusher (no way those two characters could hook up in Star Trek canon but in cosplay or fanfic…), and Ellen deGeneres & Portia deRossi dressed as Willow & Tara. The host of the party is dressed as Willy Wonka and his main featured lover is barely out of her teens (she’s dressed as Gilly and forsakes the host for Kayleigh with the host’s encouragement, lest anyone get the wrong idea). Somehow the tabloid villains missed many opportunities to document the swinging hookups behind the scenes at the party and what kinks were on display. Or maybe they mostly didn’t care.
