Cannabis (and other substances) and Sex

I have recently been exploring more cannabis (I’m in a legal state) use in conjunction to both mood/motivation and my sex drive. So far I have found that in general cannabis has increased my sex drive. I don’t know that I notice much in regards to mood since now my mind is occupied by my wet pussy vs the tons of other things I should be doing. That said, I really like it. I have a vape and switch between Lemon Cake, Blue Dream and Cherry Sour Diesel. The first two are straight Sativa. The other is a hybrid. I am trying to find the perfect balance for my high. I want intense creativity and a nice relaxed and chill body feel. Anyone have recommendations?

I am also curious about other substances and sex. I know the general experiences that accompany alcohol consumption, but wonder about others. Anyone care to share?

My husband and I have incorporated cannabis into our sex life for years. Without going into details as it is still illegal in our state, we have access to excellent sativa based strains including Sour Diesel which is my personal favorite. I don't like strains that absolutely knock me down and out but give me a good long lasting body high. In my case I will usually have no more than two rum and gingers which adds to the effect if I am smoking at night. For my husband it is like "vapor viagra". He becomes extremely hard which of course I don't complain about at all. I have not tried other substances recently and really don't care too, though we did experiment with cocaine in our twenties on several occasions. Only on one occasion did we trip on acid. My husband had a very bad experience on that and we have never approached it again. Most of our friends and sexual partners likewise partake of pot and have more or less the same experience. Smoking weed makes me feel extremely erotic (not that I need help..lol).

Thanks for the like! I'm in a Northern New England state. We have medical and recreational use here. It's still blows my mind, I can go to a legit store, show any valid ID and get cannabis!! It's clean, with an incredibly friendly, knowledgeable staff. In fact they served up lunch and a 4-20 party. And although the Mrs. doesn't partake, I understand it can have quite the Aphrodisiac effect on women... Frankly, I wish she would partake Lol.

When I could partake (I’m drug tested now) It was part and parcel of a night out. Usually mixed with alcohol but it didn’t matter, it all enhanced the experience. Those were all with former GF’s.

Fast forward 35 yrs and my wife has experimented with smoking then having sex with mixed results. One of my platonic GF’s told me about edibles and her husband elbows me in the ribs and says “you’ll thank us later!”

I really love CBD drinks, but find a vape hits way better for me. Edibles are hard for me to gauge and I usually end up not dosing high enough because I’m scared to overdo it and it take too long to find out.

Can’t wait to try Sour Diesel tonight.

A couple of weeks ago my wife had the same problem. She’s been taking edibles with the above mentioned success for over a year.

Then a couple of weeks ago she took an edible, it loosened inhibitions (we had a blast that night!), she felt the O’s start in waves…then…nothing? She was beyond frustrated. I tried every trick in the book. Even resorted to pulling the Old ”Billy Baroo” out!.
