I'm Diabetic. If I can apply this theory to me, it would explain why I can fall asleep while I'm driving, frequently even though I'm on a structured routine for medications.
That sucks. Be safe. I use it for something noone has ever heard of and most don't understand. It helps explain them get it.

In principle it's applicable to anyone with less than normal amount of energy. However, usually running out of spoons does not mean falling asleep but simply being able to function properly or at all. Falling asleep might have some totally different background.

Because it is 1300?
it is 2300 sir 😭

make the wakies go away please... I swear, sometimes I think I'm bipolar. I have days when I zoom 4 days nonstop and then zonk out for 3 days after that.

I'm having trouble deciding if I should embrace my natural impulses or continue attempting to live like normal people do 😿

Personally, I have found that for me, when I follow "what normal people do" or what people advice me without my even asking, it usually is bad for me. But when I embrace my weirdness and just roll with my impulses?? Oh my, loveliness!!!
