I think it's just like anything else. Lots of women have really sensitive nipples and love it, lots have average sensitivity and are ok with it, and lots have little sensitivity and can take it or leave it.

I happen to be in the latter category, I have next to no sensitivity, so nipple play doesn't do much for me. I don't hate it but it's not a turn on for me either.

I know that NOT everyone is alike in what they like/dislike but even knowing what little I do about the human body, I would seriously question ANYONES truthfulness who could experience what's being exemplified in these pic's and not find it pleasurable..., from just the physical aspects of the act.
