Shorter stories = higher ratings

In general do shorter stories tend to get higher ratings? Of the few stories I've submitted this seems to be a trend.

We discuss that a lot here. It's pretty clear that, on Literotica, stories going many pages rate better because it's the ones who are into the story who keep reading it.

I think longer stories seem to do better in over all score, but shorter ones get more votes comments etc...
