Can I get some help finding a topic?

I've been doing some reading on writing erotica, but before I start writing books and publishing on amazon, I need some guidance. Mainly, I'm trying to figure out a topic or kink or whatever to write about.

I figure it's best to write about what I know/like in porn, so here are some ideas:
step-sibling - especially where it's some kind of punishment or blackmail - stealing, got some dirt on you, etc
boss/employee - i wont make the sale unless i sleep with the client, i wont get the job unless i sleep with the boss (let them do whatever I want)
Overall my kinks (if that's the right word) are punishment, blackmail, and submission

I don't really know anything about BDSM otherwise I'd consider that.

Any tips for me on what topic to decide on first?

Easy - write for yourself. Pick a kink that really rocks your world. Explore that and have fun.
Invent some characters, get to know them and then throw your kink at them and let them play.
If you don't know which kink first. Invent the characters and develop them. Get a strong sense of them and see what they tell you.
As long as it's not involving too young characters or animals pretty much the sky is the limit.

This is a really strange request. How the hell would we know what you are best placed to write?

Surely, write what you know and what turns you on?

Sorry, but when I see requests for committee help like this, my thought is the writer isn't really ready to be a writer yet.

Very odd inquiry. Dude - pick one, do it. Then do the next one. Then do the next one.

That's something you're going to have to figure out for yourself. I think that's the common denominator here. Nobody else can tell you what to write. You have to reach down inside and figure out what it is that motivates you to write and then write it. It sounds like you haven't actually started writing yet. If that's the case, just start.

What gets you going? Pick something that excites you to write about and start putting words to paper. If you aren't writing already, it's harder than you think. Read books on writing. On writing techniques. Sign up for a writing workshop and find people to talk to about writing. Finish anything and post it on Literotica. See how you go. Me, I'm learning to write as I go and Literotica has been great for me.
