Which cities would be the most liberal? I'm guessing the small towns would be more conservative?
 
I don't know. I'm not German, but I think most liberal are Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, ...

Walking through a town with your boobs hanging out as seen on that website is not legal. Nursing in public OTOH is completely legal. Using public parks naked is not always legal, but tolerated or allowed in certain places like in Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin.

Many public baths have clothing optional areas. Wearing clothes in the sauna is strongly frowned upon.

You can also find public forests, where naked hilking and cycling ist allowed.

So they risk getting arrested filming all those videos? I was hoping to humiliate my partners (which does turn them on) by having them much more exposed in public than they are here.

Those were obviously models and they had a big camera opposite them, so for the sake of art I think they would not immediately get arrested.

You MUST NOT film ore photographe at a nude beach or other FKK-area. Maybe they would beat you.

And for making movies ore pictures at public areas (streets f.e.) you need a permission I guess.

If you do only snapshots it is no art!

We'll just have to see what reactions we get. It won't be designated nude areas. It has to be where my partners get attention and people stop and look.

You didn't watch the movie on frivolous-dressorder.com, did you? They took short clips of women with exposed breasts in public places. No other nude people visible ...

It's not forbidden in Germany, even walking around naked in a city could be legal.

But ... only as long as no one feels offended.

And there is a huge difference between being naked and illegal exhibitionism.

The laws defines illegal exhibitionism as something done for sexual thrills.

Selbstverständlich habe ich die Filme mir angesehen. Nicht alle, aber einige.

Aber es war ja du, der ständig von FKK-Stränden erzählte (wo fotografieren ein no go ist), von nacktbaden.de etc. Vera wollte eh was ganz anderes wissen.
Und: Es waren meistens weder nackte noch nichtnackte andere Leute zu sehen. Also keine sonderliche Mutprobe in meinen Augen.
Wenn ich so gut Englisch könnte wie du, hätte ich ihr alles (aus meiner Sicht) viel deutlicher erzählt.

And a jury of your peers decides what is sexual? Is there a lawyer on this board? I think I'd like to hear how "sexual thrills" is determined.

I agree. I can't speak for Germany, but here in AUT it's pretty much the same. ^^Nudity itself is not illegal. We have the "Straftatbestand" of public offense, and primarily sexual harassment. So, if you rub your dick in front of children, or in the U-Bahn, or at "Donauinsel" in front of women, you go to jail.

If you rub your dick at home, or wear women's clothes, or nothing, that's primarily not illegal. it becomes illegal when you harass or offend other ppl. while doing so^^
