I can undestand that fear, I've done the same and after hitting that button gone "oh shit, i delete the wrong thing".

I had a lucky escape last night. I was moving pics from one file (on the hard drive) to a file on my USB memory stick. Except, there was not enough free space so only a proportion transfered and I was sure I had lost the rest. Fuck I was not happy!!! Luckily, I found them all and was able to finish my sorting out but it just reinforces my fear of doing things like that (I did lose ALL my pics once and have to download them all from Lit and CK)

Yikes, loosing all photo's. I'd be hurt and devastated. Its a good thing I back them up almost immediately. I have dozens of cd's full of various shots, obviously. Glad to hear though that you didn't loose it all, that a small miracle.

I was shattered. It meant I had lost all the full sized originals and therefore only have the smaller resized versions. I did copy them all onto a CD. Problem is, I have hidden it from the teen and can't find it myself either
