Poor Fox News, when it goes up against folks who know the facts, it’s like three strikes and you’re out.

Still millions watch it and think the rest of what they put on is factual.

Bernie Sanders has been in Federal politics for more than 40 years. He has sponsored three pieces of legislation. The first was to change the name of a post office in Vermont; the second was to do likewise for a different Post office; the third was to give a pay-rise to the armed forces which was pre-agreed by both the GOP and Democrats. And he needed help from a GOP Senator to get that right. Sanders is a populist cheerleader for the left as Trump is a populist for the right. Both are contemptibly incompetent in their own ways.

Sanders has a history of adopting the Democrat party to suit himself and abandoning them with equal enthusiasm; again like Trump, loyalty for him is a one way street.

His greatest influence in politics was to get the clearly more competent but less well known Amy Klobuchar and Elizabeth Warren sidelined in the 2020 primaries, to favour the more conservative Biden who hitherto was struggling. He is an ego with a very loud mouth and little else.

Both parties need processes in place which enable them to boot egotistical morons like Sanders and Trump into the sidelines before they get the celebrity bandwagon rolling. Chances of that happening- not good.
