the reporter goes on to say that anyone who doesn't want to be here can sell their citizenship... yep, she actually said that, despite it being totally illegal...

"I've always been of the thought that if you don't want to be here, you can sell your citizenship because somebody from another country is going to want to buy that opportunity to be in this country," she opined.
