My thought is that he means that if he becomes president he'll be able to rig the system so he won't be held accountable for any of his crimes - past, present or future. Regardless if he leaves office or not. So they only have to vote him in this once so he can save his hide using the protection of the presidency.

Perhaps it's just a matter of semantics, but a President can only serve two terms, even non-consecutive terms. But could 'run' forever as long as she/he is not elected to another term. Trump, for example, served one term and lost his next 'run' to Biden. When he loses this election 'run' in 2024 to Obama/Hillary/Harris, he would still be eligible to 'run' in 2028 and 2032, etc., losing each election cycle.

As a 78-year-old convicted felon, he is now in a mental declining state that has him unsure if he is running against past ghosts he was afraid of or if there is an Indian or a Black lady overtaking his anti-American values. One thing is for sure: he is inspecting every couch he sits down on for signs of sexual abuse. So, I'm told by sources who because of fear for their safety, are remaining anonymous.

AS to explaining what Trump meant by White Christians only having to vote this time, I think his convoluted mind is thinking that he needs all their votes now to help him get elected. Then, if they want to slip back into complacency in 2028, he would be okay with that. By then, he thinks, he would have 'fixed' the vote counting system and installed enough election oversight personnel to make sure the 'voting results' were 'Republican-accurate' for future elections, and those Christian voters would not be needed at the polls. In other words Democrats were no longer a viable political opponent under the reign of Project 2025 implementations.

According to Mary Trump's book, he was failing in a prestigious private school and at the point of getting thrown out, so his father pulled him out and sent him to a military academy.
