Perhaps so. Maybe that comfort zone box, just isn't ready to be broken yet either. Hmm... I know that the angle I was going with will not work. I'm ready to stick a spoon down my throat and gag on it. lol This is not a good sign for a story.

Started working on a story from a fan who teased my muse enough to kick her into action with a story plot that's a bit of a stretch for me. Having fun writing it, but to capture all the elements she wants, I've had to take it slower than usual. I'm just over 11K words and have yet to get to a single big deal sex scene. Damn, these characters are taking forever to get together. Should be fun once they do, but I'm growing weary of writing on the same story!

I wrote backgrounds for several character backgrounds which I had fully intended to use solely for a piece for incest/taboo, but now I see that they can be used elsewhere. Oh, man, do I have problems when I do backgrounds.

I need to do backgrounds or I'll forget things. Since my education and work experience are in software documentation, fiction is difficult at times.

I try to keep the necessary notes as I go along. If I forget, computer word processor "Find" has turned out to be a fantastic improvement over pen and paper. You wouldn't believe how hard it was to go back and find and correct for later-made decisions when I first started as a book editor.

I was going to try and work on the Beta-reading of a fellow's author's latest chapter, but groceries, laundry, and other stuff got in the way. This is where a better portable computing device would have come in handy.

Oh, and I've also been reading "The Last Jihad" by Joel C. Rosenburg - very excellent novel!
