You know very well that she meant that he had neither a majority nor a plurality of the votes cast. Additionally, it isn't clear if he even won the vote of the electoral college. His brother the Governor of FLA. and his Daddy's Supreme court conspired to circumvent the constitution (which all Bush's are enemies thereof) and install that blithering idiot as president, in what amounted to a coup d'etat.
