Why is size always an issue?

Whether it’s penis, breasts, waist, thighs, arms, whatever we always wonder if the size is appealing to the person we’re trying to attract. I’m just curious why are we so obsessed??

It`s not obsession

The reason (IMHO) is socialization. We are bombarded by images from the time we can see them.

Look at the images we are confronted with daily. I watched just a small bit of American Music Awards last night, and was appalled at what I saw, so I just switched channels.

It is what we are taught all our lives. This is good, that is bad etc. etc.

We are a product of our environmrnt, at least untill we can think as rational adults and form our own opinions. I think the years of socialization still overpower much common sense.

I'd say it was much more the actual *thing* you were looking at/for, not the size of it. Attractiveness has to do with more than size - for example - shape, texture, color. Size just happens to be one of the measuring sticks, so to speak.
