...Because they don't give a crap what Romney says. Granted it's extremely good that in a few days, gay couples will be able to get married in Massachusetts, but P-town is also going to give marriage licenses to out of state couples. Apparently there's a law from 1913 or some time around there that says that the state can't give marriage licenses to couples who live out of state and don't plan to move to Massachusetts. Romney is sticking to this law. I say to them, consider the time the law was made. It's a pretty stupid law, in my opinion, and Massachusetts doesn't need any more people as it is. I know that my information on this isn't completely correct and I'm most likely not telling the whole story, but I just find it interesting. I should visit P-town some time during the summer, figuring I live on the Cape during no-school times.
