Anyway, thats not my question. I want to know what you think why it looks the way it does. Ive heard people say its for the mans pleasure, or for the female pleasure and you can take in account the whole circumsision (cant spell that).

I have no idea why it looks the way it does, but I have to say that I love the way it looks through boxer briefs. You can kind of see the lines of his package through the briefs, and I like to imagine what it would look like hard.

I guess it would be for both the man's and the woman's pleasure- I mean, why do women have inner lips and outer lips? Are they for any functional purpose ? Are they for the male's pleasure or for the female's pleasure? The question can be asked of both sexes.

The skin covering the inner lips is hairless and contains many sensory nerve endings. The inner lips meet just above the clitoris, forming atop a fold of skin called the clitoral hood. In most women, any inner lip movement is felt in the clitoris.

The homologus structures, female-male, in this part of our body are labia=scrotum and clitoris=penis.

And, while we're on the subject, gender definitely isn't a case of being different from the moment of conception. The very early human embryo (XY male or XX female) is sexually dimorphic (has both male and female parts). Normally a single gene (the Y) sets in motion a bunch of changes that leads to the further development of the male parts and a degeneration of the female parts. If that gene is absent, the male parts degenerate and a female develops.

Simple as that.

Think about it this way....the penis is like a plunger that shoots out sperm. The head is shaped that way so that when the man cums it doesn't leak out too easily.
