Putting it another way, if Stella can make a comment on something she is (arguably) not, a man, and get personally attacked by you for what you consider to be a stupid observation, why can't sr7 do the same to you when you make what he considers to be a stupid observation on what you're not? And I have to wonder, why does sr7 get a relatively polite warning, an assertion that you will continue to be a gentleman if he does, but Stella does not? She even apologized, and you still came at her with a personal attack.

I know you're here enough to have seen all the back and forth that has gone on between pilot and myself. It's no secret I dislike him, but I haven't posted a negative thing towards him in weeks and my posts prove that. I have never asserted an opinion that men are better than women in any post and I challenge anyone to show me one, that hasn't been altered. I don't have any bias against anyone GLBT or otherwise and I am accepting of them, I am Canadian after all and attend Gay Pride Day parade in support. So pilot's assertions of being homophobic stem from his own dislike of me for calling him a fucking poofter, which he is in every way. An effeminate man and he has admitted it, so where is the slight against him calling him what he is? Give me another name for someone who doesn't know what the hell orientation he is, but admits to that description.

Every day since Sept 13 2011 and I'm 2/3 the way there, according to the surgeon. With a failure rate of over 75% in most recipients and only 1% complete successes, I'm almost in that 1%, but it isn't easy in any sense of the word. Once the surgeon stuck the new parts in and sewed me up, recuperation was entirely up to me to make it all work. The worst is the severed nerve cord that's firing up again and sending fucked up signals everywhere. I have to truly learn to walk again and regain a memory in my muscles to move my leg the same gait and stride, rolling of the foot, etc, as the other one. Once I can work my ankle and foot properly, I'll be back riding again where I like to be, face in the wind, knees in the breeze and the intoxicating drone of a Vtwin and headers.

I'm not sure if I posted here in AH or the PG, but I mentioned I haven't had a day since I was 6, that hasn't had pain involved. I'll be 58 this year. I'm tough and I've only cried twice as an adult male from the pain and that was just frustration of no relief from it for over 48 hrs and no sleep.

Crying doesn't do a damn thing to help anything. I used to cry as a boy and learned the hard way, no amount of tears is going to change what is. I learned to suck it up and keep moving forward, the only thing a person can do. It hasn't lessened my capacity to feel emotions, but it hardened me to control them better.
