I have one character in my series that has a seriously big cock. Probably my first and last character as such. He kind of became a walking giant cock and somewhat comedy relief in a series where everyone else had much more depth as a character. He called his member "Big Ben", a name his fiancee picked up from him and spread to the whole friend group.

In the rough and ready world of men's society, frequently the description is the complete opposite of what size the guy actually is. For instance if a guy is well, the minimum, and tries to overcompensate, he's 'Washington', short for the Washington monument. If the guy is truly gargantuan, his nickname becomes 'Peanut'.

Over on this side of the pond, we are a bit cruder I guess. There was a famous baseball player Randy Johnson, whose nickname was big unit, described politely by commentators as a locker room nickname. He was 6'9" But even with that, his size apparently made an impression on his teammates.
