sitting in very lightweight shoes remembering how before I shredded my calf muscle a couple of years back [while having fun in Amsterdam] 'normal' for me meant 'substantial long lasting tough' and now 'normal' means soft, bendy, light and well sprung at the heel else a day is hard work.

I was thinking that Southern CA could use the rain, so the weeds can wait.
