Depends on the PM and if you’ve interacted with them on the threads first and on the person. I don’t reply to PMs just asking sex related questions or telling me about their dick or other genitalia if I haven’t interacted with them on threads first, and probably not even then if that’s all their PM is about. I’m more likely to reply to someone I don’t know at all if they write something thoughtful and not sex related. But others have different opinions!!

It’s common here for men to complain that women don’t reply to their PMs, but women also complain about unsolicited (especially sexual) PMs.
