According to Wikipedia the Definition is : One-nation conservatism was conceived by the Conservative British Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli, which argues a paternalistic form political conservatism. It advocates the preservation of established institutions and traditional principles within a political democracy, in combination with social and economic programmes designed to benefit the ordinary person. According to this political philosophy, society should be allowed to develop in an organic way, rather than being engineered. It argues that members of society have obligations towards each other and particularly emphasises paternalism, meaning that those who are privileged and wealthy pass on their benefits. It argues that this elite should work to reconcile the interests of all classes, including labour and management, rather than identifying the good of society solely with the interests of the business class.

In the Modern context what does this look like in Countries outside of the UK like Australia, Canada or America?

It looks out of place. Disraeli was hoping the business class of his time could be taught the values of the old landowning gentry, including noblesse oblige. But we don't have a traditional gentry class here -- outside the South, we never did.

Noblesse oblige is a lesson that might be learned by survivors as they see billionaires hanging from lampposts. We probably won't get there without a civil war or something similar.
