What the Chinese are saying about the dead Chinese student

The reaction is unbelievable on weibo.

A huge segment of the population is actually saying he deserved to die because his corrupt parents stole money to send him to Boston for study. There is very little sympathy.

Of course, there is no evidence that is the case at all. The average Chinese are just so frustrated by what they see as corrupt excess everywhere.

How amusing, considering that a hell of a lot of Chinese still live in abject poverty in rural China. Not to mention the forced removal of unknown numbers of poor Chinese to make way for the Beijing Olympics. And those that subsisted on land that was needed for the New dam. And, and, and.....
