I'm thinking that there is a limit to sexual equality, and that comes when its time to pay for the meal...

Having said that, I agree that whoever does the inviting should pay, at least on the first date. You can even agree to go 50-50, or one pay for the meal, the other for the movie. If you ask, and can't even pay for you, that's a whole other deal...no class at all, huh?
