I cooked ahead for the week and stored or froze:
Pasta salad
Smoked turkey breasts
Carrot-apple-sweet potato-ginger soup
Chili con wild game (boar, turkey, venison)
Roasted mojo chicken breasts
Veggie Ziti
...house smells pretty good right now

I haven't accomplish anything today except I lost an argument with the cat (again) someday I will win (I hope) .
I always enjoyed walking into the bedroom while the cat was dead to the world asleep and pounce.. roll him around, ruffle his fur, piss him off while he was sleeping. Kind of return the favor of the 3 am wake ups he gives.

Morning was taken up with getting passwords reset in the "vault" as we now call it.
Also with setting up Friday's visit for #2.
Meeting #1 this PM good, got things rolling again on Project F.
Impromptu meeting good, energized young colleague.
When into and out of the Vault 3 times, without setting off the alarm! (and I had to actually deal with it each time properly). Woo Hoo...this makes 2 months straight without setting off the alarm (shhhhh...the fact that I haven't been inside in four weeks shouldn't count against me... ).
Best part: I think I did the underlying basics for another project in an hour in the Vault. I love having it! It's awesome!
Let's hope tomorrow is good too!

Normal pre-work stuff
Got off early this morning so used the extra time to put together 6 stuffed peppers and 2 meatloaves. Meatloaves in the freezer and baked the peppers. Enjoyed one at lunch, will have another for dinner with the rest saved for later.

O my goo'ness...
I bet it does; I am on TV dinners, summer sausage, canned soup, and cheese and crackers. Kinda simple fare, huh? Its too damned cold here to get excited about something as simple as firing up the crockpot..

Worked on project with old friend.
Afternoon:
Meeting for final draft of project. Got that going.
Talked to old friend about project on phone. Got a good plan to finish it up.
Smaller stuff: started schedules for visitors three and four.

I left the apartment to go to Office Depot and get dinner just before dark. I usually don't go out after dark because my night vision sucks. I had to find another location for the store because my normal spot is closed now but I did it! And I did it with no panic attacks over traffic and seeing the lines in the road.
