I’m glad to hear more conservative voices speaking out in support of my pet issues—mass transit and urban density. We can make housing more affordable in America if we work together to stop subsidizing sprawl.

By outlawing single family dwelling zoning, what is the effect on existing single family dwelling prices?

Is there any obligation for municipalities to zone the land for multi-unit construction?

My point is that once government starts sticking it's nose into private enterprise the process cannot, and will not, end until either private enterprise or the government collapses. All too often it's both simultaneously.

Zoning has always been the role of the government. This hasn't changed.
