Welcome to the Blue States.

Housing is a huge issue and I'm glad California changed it's zoning laws to start to address it. There are tons of areas where virtue signaling is more important than action and that needs to change.

Wat has always been a fan of watching feet as opposed to listening to chin music. Because most of what is heard is chin music.

Yes they did, what are the consequences?

By outlawing single family dwelling zoning, what is the effect on existing single family dwelling prices?

Is there any obligation for municipalities to zone the land for multi-unit construction?

My point is that once government starts sticking it's nose into private enterprise the process cannot, and will not, end until either private enterprise or the government collapses. All too often it's both simultaneously.

I haven't read up on the change in regulations enough to comment.

Zoning has always been the role of the government. This hasn't changed.
